STRUCTUREGeneral
Not self-supporting. Galvanised Steel
As an option, RAL powder coated can be chosen
Guides-Legs.
1.5mm galvanised steel sheet. U-shaped profiled with reinforced corners
On each leg, there is a reinforcement vertical plate bent in omega shape, welded to the inner wall of the leg. This gives an increased resistance to the whole
Base of galvanised steel plate 3mm. thick, with holes to be screwed to the ground, rounded corners in aluminium reducing friction and wearing on the curtain. Folded sheet ramps, at foot’s bottom, for centring the curtain when door closes
Head:
Crossbeam: Squared tubular galvanised steel, resting on the foot by the side supports. 1.5mm thick sheet with an omega profile welded to the interior wall of it
Side supports: Profiles formed from galvanized sheet steel housing the self-aligning ball bearings that support the shaft welded to the crossbeam
Central Supports: One for every pulley profiles formed from galvanised sheet steel housing the centring ball bearings welded to the crossbeam
Axis composed by: 110mm aluminium pulleys. Reinforcement beams and central hollow knot with keyway. In the interior: solid galvanised steel profile of 25.4mm with keyway along its length
The whole makes a very strong beam that holds the weight of the curtain and the elevation mechanisms
FIXINGSHead: Above lintel or enough solid structure to withstand the weight and the balance of the whole structure
Feet: Anchors on the ground and two or three intermediate on the wall or structure, according to height and wind pressure required
MOTORMotor reducer
Located on the side of the head
Irreversible compact motor reducer for heavy duty with mechanical position switches integrated
Internal parachute
Hollow shaft with keyway shaped to receive the shaft of the door
Electric brake for accurate positioning and locking of the curtain
Electric brake unlocking by pulling cords
Manual hand crank drive (Chain drive for doors above 3000mm high)
IP 54 Protection
Voltage V. Frequency Hz: 3 x 230 / 400V 50 Hz
Power: variable, depending on door size from 0.45 to 1.8 kW
Protection: IP 65
Optional features:
Front positioned engine with chain drive
Engine cover with lid made in galvanised steel
CONTROL BOX - TS961Controls on outer cover: Push buttons to open, close and stop. Voltage selector. Status indicator display and information. Operations counter and optional maintenance indicator
PVC seal with input and output gland
Protection: Up to IP 65
Voltages: Power supply: 230/400V three phase
Operation at 24V
Wiring:
Electrical wiring from control panel box to motor protected by a standard PVC tube. Quick connectors at both ends for easy assembly and maintenance
Photocell and anti-drag photocell wires covered with a PVC profile. They have connectors on the end for easy assembly and maintenance
The electrical wiring installation must be done by an electrician and should be a protected installation in accordance to regulations and standards
OTHER FEATURESSpeeds:
Opening: 0.92 m / s
Closing: 0.92 m / s
On large doors, the speeds may be different. Refer to specific cases.
